Constapation

Were you looking for information about Constipation? Constapation is a common misspelling of constipation.

Constipation is characterized by difficult or infrequent bowel movements and hard, dry stool. The most common causes are a poor diet or lack of exercise. People with constipation may find it difficult and painful to have a bowel movement and may also feel bloated, uncomfortable, and sluggish. In most cases, the condition is only temporary and is not serious. If a person has chronic constipation, a healthcare provider may recommend the use of laxatives until it goes away.
