Besides diet changes, making a few lifestyle changes can also give you constipation relief. It's important to engage in daily exercise and reserve enough time to have a bowel movement. In addition, the urge to have a bowel movement should not be ignored.
 

Summary of Constipation Relief

Do not expect to have a bowel movement every day or even every other day. Remember, being regular is different for each person. If your bowel movements are usually painless and occur regularly (whether 2 times a day or 3 times a week), you are probably not constipated.
