GlycoLax Drug Interactions
GlycoLax™ (polyethylene glycol 3350) is an over-the-counter (OTC) laxative medication used to treat occasional constipation. It is available without a prescription. GlycoLax does not have any known drug interactions.
(It should be noted that GlycoLax is no longer manufactured, although several different generic forms are still available.)
Even though there are no known drug interactions at this point, it is important to understand that this laxative has not been tested with all other medications. Therefore, GlycoLax drug interactions may be discovered in the future.
It is a good idea to make sure all of your healthcare providers have a complete list of any medications you are taking, including prescription and nonprescription drugs, vitamins, and supplements, even if you believe they will not interact with other medications.
