GlycoLax Manufacturer
GlycoLax™ (polyethylene glycol 3350) is a nonprescription laxative approved to treat occasional constipation.
Originally, the nonprescription version of GlycoLax was made by Kremers Urban, LLC. It was a generic version of MiraLAX®. Although GlycoLax is no longer manufactured, several different generic polyethylene glycol 3350 products are available.
Some of the manufacturers of GlycoLax generic products include:
- Perrigo Company
- Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals
- American Health Packaging.
Although most generic versions of this laxative are available without a prescription, some do require a prescription. The prescription versions are exactly the same as the over-the-counter (OTC) versions, but are more likely to be covered by insurance.
