Drug Interactions With Polyethylene Glycol 3350
Polyethylene glycol 3350 (MiraLAX®) is an over-the-counter (OTC) laxative used to treat occasional constipation. It does not have any known drug interactions.
Even though no drug interactions with polyethylene glycol 3350 have been identified with this medication to date, this does not necessarily mean that there really are no interactions. This laxative has not been studied with every possible medication, and there may be interactions that are discovered in the future.
It is a good idea to make sure all of your healthcare providers have a complete list of any medications you are taking. Therefore, you should always tell your healthcare provider about all of the medications are taking, including prescription and nonprescription drugs, vitamins, and supplements, even if you believe they will not react with other drugs.
